| Dual Chamber Crystal Quartz and Calcite Geode Half From Arkansas This Geode came from an old estate collection in Michigan and it was procured as a geode found in Arkansas by the sellers father some 30 to 50 years ago. This dual chambered sedimentary geode has an outer shell of chalcedony (much like the Keokuk Geodes) which allows for the development of some very nice crystals in the inner spaces. Very gemmy quartz crystals display well. There is a multi growth calcite in the larger chamber This specimen weighs 1.95 lbs (883g) and measures 5.6 x 5 x 2 inches (141 x 127 x 51mm) |
