1A Black Hematite Crystal Plates in Matrix from Rio Marina, Elba, Italy

This is a very special old stock specimen that we have had in our personal collection since 2004. It was aquired as part of a 1950’s era collection we found in Clark County Nevada. This specimen has an old hand written ID tag but it has no owners name. It has beautiful black Hematite crystal plates with multicolor iridescent patina sections on the back where the black hematite is more sparse and is set against a white matrix. This is a large cabinet, one of a kind specimen for your collection.

This piece weighs 22.8 oz or 1.43 lbs (648g) and measures 4.6 x 2.5 x 1.8 inches (11.9 x 6.3 x 4.7 cm)
