This is a large Las Choyas Geode that was cracked open and has jagged edge. It has some nicely formed quartz crystals that are either white or coated with a white natural coating of un determined mineral. This is a natural coating…it looks like paint but it is not. A Very different geode for sure!

This specimen measures 3.7 x 3.7 x 1.7 inches (9.4 x 9.4 x 4.3 cm) and weighs 13.4 ounces, or 0.83 lbs (380g)
