Green Prehnite Finger Crystals
This is a very nice display of Green Prehnite Finger crystals. This is green color and has 2 crystal formations. This will make for a great addition for any ones collection. This comes from the Carlson collection; he collected during the 60’s & 70’s from the Prospect Park Quarry in North Haledon, New Jersey. The site is an active quarry which cuts through several basalt flows. Formation- the quarry cuts into the Preakness Basalt. There is a little damage as can be seen in the pictures. The largest finger is 16mm wide x 27mm tall.
This specimen measures 1.8 x 1.6 x 1.7″ (47 x 40 x 44mm) and weighs 0.15 lb ( 70g )
