This is a superb Spessartite Garnet from Garnet Hill in Ely , Nevada . The garnet has super high luster faces and is very sharp and well formed. The crystal is in an exposed drusy lined vug in a matrix of pink rhyolite.

It weighs 0.67lb (305g) and measures roughly 4.2 x 3.3 x 1.7 inches ( 117 x 84 x 43 mm) the Garnet Crystal measures about 8 x 6 x 4mm
