This Rare specimen and work of art is one of the most attention getting specimens we have ever had in our entire personal collection of rocks, minerals and meteorites. We feel very lucky that we were able to find this and display it for our friends, colleagues and fellow collectors. Many have offerred to buy this from us through the years but we just were not ready to part with it. As we are getting older we think it is now time to pass this treasure on to the next generation, so we are now listing this one of a kind Chondrite Meteorite carved Lion by Marc Labenne. This is a one piece lion on a base with a silver disc inserted with an initial logo and the personal number ME 31-04 as can be seen in the photos here and at the top of this page.

This piece measures 3.45 x 2.34 x 1.9 inches (8.7 x 6 x 4.8 cm) and weighs 8.42 oz or 0.52 lb (239g)
