Mint Green Prehnite Crystals
This is a very nice display of mint green Prehnite crystals. This is very rich in color and crystal formations. This will make for a great addition for any ones collection. This comes from the Carlson collection; he collected during the 60’s & 70’s from the Prospect Park Quarry in North Haledon, New Jersey. The site is an active quarry which cuts through several basalt flows. Formation- the quarry cuts into the Preakness Basalt. There is a little damage as can be seen in the pictures.
This specimen measures 2.8 x 2.3 x 1.5″ (7.2 x 5.8 x 3.9cm) and weighs 0.27lb ( 122g )
