XL Bultfonteinite and Poldervaartite Display

This exceptional Extra-Large Display Case specimen of Bultfonteinite and Poldervaartite was purchased in August of 2004 from a South African mineral dealer. This piece from our personal collection has many Poldervaartite cream to tan crystals set in a beautiful acicular display of Bultfonteinite on a sparkling drusi covered large multiple surface plate. This is an extremely rare and large specimen….not another one like it in the world! This piece fluoresces a deep red and white under SW ultraviolet light.

This piece weighs 35 oz or 2.16 lbs (996g) and measures 7.8 x 5.1 x 3” (19.8 x 12.9 x 7.8cm)
