Magnificent Smoky Quartz Crystals on white contrasting Feldspar (Microcline) with a large Amazonite crystal (14.7 x 13.8 mm) as the focal point of this rare and excellent tri-mineral specimen. We procured this fine specimen in 2009. It is from Moat Mountain, west of North Conway, Carroll County, New Hampshire and it was collected in the 1960’s. This piece is a great addition to any collection! It is glued to a piece of white styrofoam and set in a 2inch cube clear display box. (typical for that era)
measures 2.38 x 1.52 x 1.14 inches (6 x 3.8 x 2.9 cm) and weighs 2.82 oz or 0.17 lb (76.5g) the largest crystal is 0.58″ (14.75mm) long
