Description

This is a rare old stock specimen from the San Francisco Mine in Sonora, Mexico. This piece was collected circa 1966 and is from an old collection we obtained at an auction. This is an excellent Barite specimen from the local and time of find.

This specimen weighs 5.98 ox or 0.37 lbs (170g) and measures 3.8 x 2.5 x 1.7 inches (9.8 x 6.4 x 4.4 cm)
