This is a Premium Quality piece that has outstanding sheen and impressive colors in varying shades of Purple, Green and Gold when viewed in natural sunlight(cutting and polishing angles are determined by finding the correct viewing angle that displays the sheen and rainbow of colors). This Rainbow Obsidian Display specimen was hand selected from a Jalisco, Mexico mineral dealer at the 2024 Franklin NC Show.
Photos were taken outdoors in natural sunlight.

This specimen weighs 7.74 oz or 0.48 pounds (219g) and measures 3.75 x 2 x 1.5 inches (9.5 x 5.1 x 3.9 cm)
