Description
This Rhodonite rough is from Africa. We were able to get a nice selection of rough and unpolished cut specimens from an old collector. This specimen has a vitreous luster with a mix of manganese oxide with the manganese ions producing a pink, grey-black and rust brown mix.
This specimen weighs 3.3 oz. or 0.2 lbs. (95g)
and measures 2.1 x 1.6 x 1.2 inches (5.5 x 4.1 x 3.2 cm)
