Trancas Geode Pair 1 and 2

Description

This Trancas geode is very rare in that when split in half each side has a distinctly different fill in the vug. The side labeled 1 has lots of unigue quartz and calcite crystals lining the vug with a small amount of chalcedony near the rind. The side labeled 2 has mostly a circular chalcedony fill with some quartz and calcite crystals on the opposite side in the vug. Both sides explode in a magnificent Short Wave Ultra Violet light display. This will be shipped with both halves together and rubber bands securing their location (as seen in the photos)

The pair weighs 22.7 oz or 1.42 lbs (642g)

Half marked 1 (with calcite crystals) weighs 11.2 oz or 0.71 lb (317g) and measures 3.9 x 3.5 x 1.5 ” (10 x 8.8 x 3.9 cm)

Half marked 2 (with chalcedony) weighs 11.5 oz or 0.71 lb (325g) and measures 3.7 x 3.4 x 1.7 ” (9.6 x 8.7 x 4.3 cm)
