This is a rare and beautiful combination Amethyst Crystal Plate and Scalenohedral Calcite “Flowers”. It is from the Amethyst Mines in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. This rare piece has Calcite Spires in beautiful and stunning flower like formations contrasted against the purple Amethyst. This specimen is very special for the collectors of both minerals.
