This specimen is a light green massive specimen of fluorite from Mexico. There are some individual crystal formations that can be seen. This piece of fluorite with minor matrix fluoresces mild purple in SW and strong in MW and LW (shows best with MW and LW together). This specimen was procured from a Mexican minerals dealer in 2005. Fluorescent Photos taken under a Way Too Cool Triple Wave 254/312/368 nm SW/MW/LW 9-Watt Lamp in a blackout box.
